Frances McGaughy Edwards lives in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BSN (1953) and an MSN (1975) . She has practiced nursing in many settings including sexual health education, vascular surgery, and healing touch. She has served as president of her district and state nursing association. She was interested in public policy and served as TN-PAC Board and chair for several years. She served on the ANA-PAC and was chair for 2 years. She has always understood the political arena and has contributed to the TN-PAC and ANA-PAC for many years. She was one of the inaugural inductee of the ANA-PAC Leadership Society. She is now retired but still a nurse and interested in politics and insisting that the way to heard is to have money in the PAC.
